Wrapzilla Returns & Exchange Policy
At Wrapzilla, we pride ourselves on the strength, reliability, and quality of our ratchet straps and loops. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return unused items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required.
2. Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no additional cost.
Exchanges for different sizes or strap types are possible, provided the product is unused and returned within 14 days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products that show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration cannot be returned.
Custom-made or special-order straps are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
4. Warranty
Wrapzilla products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, or normal wear and tear.
5. How to Return

We will guide you through the return process and provide the nearest return address or collection option.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund or exchange status.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
