Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped.

Our current dispatch lead time is 3-4 business days provided your items are in stock. Items that come from certain suppliers that are not kept in stock do carry a longer lead time, but we will communicate to you if any item is out of stock that you have ordered. We do take every order serious and make sure it's on time, however circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via e-mail and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Do you provide local delivery.

Yes, we do deliver via our own vehicles within a 60km radius of our premises, and in non-high risk areas. 

  Can I collect from your premises.

Yes, you can collect from our premises, or send your courier or collect yourself, Please do wait for confirmation that your order is ready for collection via e-mail or a call before sending anyone for collection. Any urgent orders get in-touch with us to see how we can help you in this regard.

How are orders shipped?

Local deliveries within a 60km radius of our premises is delivered by us personally and for any other orders futher than 60km radius we make use of courier services.
