Wrapzilla - Terms and Conditions
1.Product use & safety
Wrapzilla ratchet straps and loops are designed for general-purpose cargo securing only.
Do not use for lifting ,towing ,or any critical load bearing applications
Always inspect straps before use . Do not use damaged ,frayed or cut straps.
Ensure ratchets are fully locked before transport.
Use within specified weight limits only . Failure to comply can result in damage or injury.
2.Load Rating
All straps are labelled with a rated capacity (LC) and breaking strength (BS)
Do not exceed the rated capacity.
Wrapzilla is not responsible for misuse or overloading beyond the stated limits.
3.Warranty.
Wrapzilla straps come with a 6 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty excludes:
-Damage caused by misuse ,abuse ,or overloading .
-Normal wear and tear.
-Environmental damage ( uv, chemicals, etc ).
4.Returns & Exchanges
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.
Custom straps and loops are non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is defective.
5.Liability
Wrapzilla (Blueline corporate) is not liable for any indirect ,incidental or consequential damages caused by the use or misuse of our product.
The user assumes all responsibility for risk when using our products.
6.Custom Orders
All custom-length , colours , printing or branded orders must be paid in full before production can commence.
Lead times are provided as estimates and may vary .
7.Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment is due before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing .
8.Intellectual Property
All logos ,designs , names , and images relating to wrapzillaare the intellectual property of Blueline corporate and may not be copied or used without permission.
9.Standards
Manufactured to SANS 52195-2:2007 EN 12195-2:2000 standards
